The ergonomics world congress is held only once every three years. All congress papers will be indexed, contain linked references, citable DOI numbers, and will be published on a CD-ROM with an ISBN designation Organized on behalf of the International Ergonomics Association by the Congress Organizing Committee, in collaboration with the Brazilian Ergonomics Association and the Union of Latin-American Ergonomics Societies. The IEA is the world’s forum for ergonomics, representing about 20,000 members from 50 different countries. The IEA 2012 – 18th World Congress on Ergonomics includes an exhibition of the latest products and services available to practicing ergonomists and human factors professionals and their clients. The exhibition is an essential part of the conference, and in 2012 we are looking to make it bigger and better than ever before, with displays from companies around the world and interactive demonstrations of ergonomics in practice.
