The ANVIE organizes the 22 September 20 October 17 November afternoon in Paris a Workshop on "Management of Quality of Life at work as lever for sustainable performance? ". It will be led by Thierry ROCHEFORT, Professor Associate HR Organizations and sociologist.

Light shades by researcher, testimonials from companies and exchanges between the participants will help to share a diagnostic and pave the way for action.

Many investigations are now reporting difficulties related to recurrent motivation, involvement, commitment of employees at work, regardless of the occupational categories. Added to the stress at work, these problems are likely to affect service quality and human health but also to impact business performance (the only economic cost of stress is estimated at between two and three billion euros in 2009 ). Meanwhile, the search for economies may lead companies into a vicious circle where any rationalization policy is likely to cause a well-being deterioration in return. Beyond the establishment of individual settings, companies are now interested in the organization of work by initiating collective action to favour the search for coherence between employee health, quality of work and sustainable performance of organizations.

• How to better engage and support the close supervision on the theme of quality of work life?
• What monitoring indicators can be used to drive the best approach to the quality of work life is a real lever for sustainable performance?
